Konflik Otoritas dalam Manajemen Perubahan Perspektif Dahrendorf
Abstract
Dahrendorf's thoughts on the social structure attempt to bridge the thought currents opposite between conflict theory and consensus theory. His ideas contributed to the development of modern organisations characterized by the specialization of work. This study aims to analyse the relevance of Dahrendorf's thinking in relation to change management in the field of modern organisations and nonprofit organisations. Through the study of Dahrendorf's Thought in sociological literature the conclusion that the theory of the authority of Dahrendorf conflicts still needs to be developed in the context of a modern organization or company where production owners are not A single, but coorporation. In addition, the conflict of authority theory of Dahrendorf also has not touched on nonprofit organizations or institutions where conflict occurs even in the interest of the value of confidence or appreciation.
