Strategi Employee Relations di Organisasi Nirlaba Studi di Lembaga Kursus Al-Qur’an Yayasan Masjid Al-Falah

Employee relations has significantly positive effect on the internal harmony of the organization, personal performance and overall organizational performance. In an effort to achieve its organizational objectives, management needs to develop employee relations strategies in order to build relationships based on fairness, trust and mutual respect between management and human resources. This research aims to analyse the appropriate employee relations strategy for non-profit organizations at the Quranic Institute of the Al-Falah Foundation course. The study found that strategy applied had been able to build strong employee relationships, motivated, loyal employees and focused on achieving the best results for the organization. Strategies used include vision strengthening strategies, structural and personnel Strategy and program strategy.
