Leadership in changing human resource management. Da'wah institutions are indicators that organizations can develop properly. The skill of a leader in viewing a change in the direction of the organization in accordance with the vision of the organization to produce organizational policies. The purpose of writing is to find out how a leader should make a change in the HR management of a da'wah institution. This research was conducted using a systematic literature review method by collecting, analyzing critically by presenting findings data from various other studies. Leadership that prioritizes rationality as an objective step for change and is accompanied by strengthening emotional relationships with the human resources of da'wah institutions.
