Peran Komunikasi Intapersonal dalam Meningkatkan Motivasi Diri Mahasiswa UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta

Abstract

UIN Syarifhidayatullah Jakarta students are motivated by intrapersonal communication, seen from 37 participants 90.6% of students agree with questions related to knowledge and opinions regarding the role of intrapersonal communication in increasing self-motivation. The purpose of this study is to explain whether intrapersonal communication is able to increase the self-motivation of UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta students. This article is based on the phenomenon of intrapersonal communication in self-motivation based on the subject carried out online from Uin Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta students, the sample involved in this study was 37 participants, 90.6% of students agreed with questions related to knowledge and opinions regarding the role of intrapersonal communication in increase self- motivation. the activities of UIN Syarif Hidayatulla Jakarta students from intrapersonal communication that are carried out daily in an effort to understand themselves privately include; pray, give thanks, introspection by reviewing our actions and the reactions of our conscience, utilizing free will, and imagining creatively. But there are also students who do not have good intrapersonal communication activities.
