Memaknai Spiritualitas Hijrah Rasulullah Dalam Problem Solving Di Masa Pendemi Covid-19

Hijrah Rasulullah memuat makna transformasi kehidupan dan nilai-nilai psikologis yang dapat dipraktikkan dalam problem solving menghadapi pendemi covid-19. Tulisan ini mendeskripsikan nilai-nilai spiritualitas dan praktik perilaku dari pembelajaran peristiwa hijrah Rasulullah Saw. dari Makkah ke Madinah dalam konteks menghadapi pendemi covid-19. Penelitian dilakukan dengan studi pustaka dengan menganalisis sumber primer berupa artikel penelitian dan buku atau sub buku yang bertemakan tentang hijrah Rasulullah dan spiritualitas dalam konseling. Sumber sekunder berupa data-data komplementer yang mendukung, yaitu kajian tentang keagamaan dan praktik-praktik spiritualitas. Hasil kajian mendeskripsikan bahwa nilai-nilai hijrah Rasulullah yang dapat dipraktikkan dalam menghadapi perubahan akibat pendemi covid-19 adalah sinergitas antara nilai ilahiyah dan insaniyah. Sinergitas kedua nilai membuahkan jiwa semangat dan optimis dalam menghadapi segala masalah apapun yang dihadapi dalam kehidupan. Praktik perilaku hijrah dalam menghadapi covid-19 dilandasi oleh kesiapan pengetahuan dan keterampilan yang berorientasi keseimbangan antara kepentingan duniawi dan ukhrawi.
