BIMBINGAN KONSELING ISLAM DALAM MENINGKATKAN ISLAMIC ENTERPRENEURSHIP PADA MAHASISWA YANG BEKERJA DI IAIN SUNAN AMPEL SURABAYA

Abstract

Learning while working is becoming a growing trend among college students IAIN Sunan Ampel. Work for young people is becoming a trend because the number of themed seminars and study entrepreneurship at various places and media. With work, students gain some positive benefits as well as getting the problems that interfere with his studies. The benefits of working for students is the experience and income for their daily needs. But there are some problems faced by students while in college working as fatigue, sleepiness, not optimal career and hobbies as well as the low value of the study. This paper raised research on guidance and counseling in improving islam islamic entrepreneurship in students who work. The results showed that after getting guidance and counseling, students who work to improve the benefits of work and be able to reduce the negative issues.
